A: Sold by SHLY-PLC, an independent distributor. New surplus stock; condition and compatibility confirmed on request.
Standard International (tracked courier): delivered in 5–8 business days. In-stock items are processed within 2–4 business days. USD 25 flat rate on orders of $500 or less; free on orders over $500.
Express (DHL Express / FedEx International): upgraded expedited delivery in 2–4 business days. The Express surcharge is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Non-Stock / On-Order items ship on request: dispatch time is confirmed before your order — see our Shipping Policy. Remote-area and overweight surcharges, where applicable, are shown before checkout.
Every product is covered by a 12-month seller warranty provided by SHLY-PLC, effective from the date of delivery, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Manufacturer or factory warranty service is not applicable, and extended warranty packages are not provided.
