The Pilz 541180 (PSEN cs4.1 1 actuator) is the fully coded passive transponder actuator for PSEN cs4.1a, cs4.1b and cs4.1p safety switches. Its high coding level per EN ISO 14119 prevents manipulation and substitution. It requires no separate power supply and operates in one direction of actuation.

The actuator is a slim PBT transponder housing matched to the PSEN cs4.1 switch family. It mounts opposite the sensing face in one direction of actuation and is fixed with M4 screws. The fully coded transponder is taught into the switch during commissioning (up to 8 learn cycles).
