The Pilz 540080 (PSEN cs1.1 1 actuator) is the passive coded transponder actuator used with PSEN cs1.1 coded safety switches. It requires no separate power supply and is detected by the switch at an assured operating distance. It is permanently fixed to the moving guard with two screws and forms the actuating element of the safety function.

The actuator is a sealed PBT housing carrying the coded transponder. It is mounted opposite the switch sensing face; the arrows on the switch and actuator must face each other. It is fixed permanently with M5 screws (max. torque 1 Nm) and works with the PSEN cs1.1 family of safety switches.
