The 2CCS800900R0191 is an ABB S800-SOR24 shunt opening release for the S800 high-performance miniature circuit breaker range. It is an add-on accessory that remotely trips the breaker when a control voltage is applied to its coil.

Operating from a 24 V DC control supply, the shunt release allows the S800 breaker to be opened from a remote push-button, emergency-stop circuit or automation output, supporting remote tripping and safe shutdown in industrial control and distribution installations.

The release clips onto the side of the S800 breaker in the same way as other System pro M accessories, with no separate DIN space beyond the breaker assembly. It is designed and certified for use within the S800 MCB accessory system.
