Warranty

At SHLY-PLC, every industrial automation part we sell is backed by a 12-month seller warranty provided by SHLY-PLC, effective from the date the goods are delivered and signed for (the delivery date).

Quality Inspection

All products listed as "tested and inspected by SHLY-PLC" undergo the following inspection before shipment:

  • Visual inspection: Checking for cosmetic damage, missing parts, or obvious physical defects.
  • Basic functionality check: Powering on the unit where applicable and verifying basic indicators / LEDs respond.
  • Appearance verification: Confirming the part number, housing, and terminals match the ordered specification.

This is a seller-level quality check, not a full factory-grade diagnostic test. For detailed specification verification, please refer to the manufacturer's official documentation.

What Is Covered

  • Functional defects in materials or workmanship under normal industrial use.
  • Parts that fail to perform the function they are designed for within the warranty period, when installed and operated according to the manufacturer's published specifications.

What Is Not Covered

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint wear) that does not affect function.
  • Misuse, overloading, or operation outside rated parameters.
  • Modification, wiring changes, or firmware alterations performed without our written consent.
  • Liquid ingress, corrosion from environmental exposure, or lightning/power-surge damage.
  • Repairs performed by a party other than SHLY-PLC.
  • Normal wear and tear, consumables, and items marked "as-is" or "final sale".

How to Claim

  1. Email nande@shly-plc.com with your order/invoice number, part number, and a description of the fault (photos or video welcome).
  2. We review the claim and issue an RMA number.
  3. For approved warranty claims, we ship the replacement prepaid by SHLY-PLC and provide a return label for the faulty unit.
  4. You may choose a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Independent Supplier Statement

SHLY-PLC is an independent supplier of industrial automation parts. We are not affiliated with, appointed by, or selling on behalf of any manufacturer. This warranty is a seller-provided warranty issued by SHLY-PLC — it is not a manufacturer warranty. Brand names (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, ABB, SICK, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Phoenix Contact, and others) are referenced for fitment and cross-reference purposes only.
